Misano World Circuit, 5 August 2024 – There is one month to go until the Red Bull Grand Prix of San Marino and the Rimini Riviera which from 6 to 8 September will return to the Motor Valley for an edition that promises to be a record-breaking one.
The presale signals are excellent, further enhanced by the possibility of buying a ticket for the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix (20-22 September at MWC) with a 30% discount if you have the first one on the schedule, in a September that promises to be truly extraordinary. An opportunity currently open until August 12. Here is the link to the ticket office with all the details of the current offer.
In 2023, there were 141,056 spectators over the weekend of the Red Bull Grand Prix of San Marino and the Rimini Riviera; this year’s goal is to exceed 150,000 and allow everyone to experience a unique experience at the Misano World Circuit.
Traditionally, the official poster starts the countdown, once again the result of the creativity of Aldo Drudi and Drudi Performance, which together with Misano World Circuit received the prestigious Compasso d’Oro a few weeks ago. The award, never received before with these motivations, recognized the ability to translate a great sporting event into signs and colors, to the point of raising the unmistakable flag of Riders’ Land on a territory that has been able to build a festival capable of producing an economic spin-off of 80.256 million.
The poster has reinterpreted with originality the imagery that connects the Red Bull world with the fascinating scenery of Misano, San Marino and the Rimini Riviera and will be the focal point of the coordinated campaign that will start on the digital channels of all the promoters, accompanied by a video made in collaboration by Dorna and Red Bull.
“In the poster we have maintained last year’s graphic line, ensuring effective continuity – comments Aldo Drudi -. In addition to the Grand Prix, we have worked on structures such as the Isola delle Rose. The big news this year is the Gran Premio branded train Red Bull of San Marino and the Rimini Riviera, a first for us who have decorated everything, but never a train. We are curious to see it on the Adriatic line. The operation is the result of extensive research that began last year and its strength is its pervasiveness: the graphics spread from the circuit to the entire coast, with posters dedicated to the promoting municipalities and to San Marino. In this way we brand not only the track, but the entire territory. We are proud of the Compasso d’Oro awarded to us by the ADI, which recognizes the entire graphic identity operation and seals the Red Bull campaign.”
“We are preparing for an extraordinary edition – comment the promoters Republic of San Marino, Emilia-Romagna Region, Province of Rimini and Misano World Circuit – the result of work done together, with the convinced and powerful participation of a global partner like Red Bull and the creative accent of Aldo Drudi.
The Republic of San Marino and the Rimini Riviera with the municipalities of Bellaria Igea-Marina, Rimini, Riccione, Misano and Cattolica, will be ready to welcome the passion of spectators that we expect from all over the world, certainly attracted by the spectacular nature of a championship that has multiplied its protagonists, but also by the adrenaline that transmits the motorcycling DNA of our territories, also through the program of initiatives of The Riders’ Land Experience”.
Thanks to the collaboration between local promoters, Red Bull and the institutions, this year too, on the eve of the Grand Prix, starting from September 4th, events and performances will not only be activated at the circuit, but also in iconic locations on the Riviera such as Rimini and Riccione, as well as in the Republic of San Marino.
Among the main events we highlight the Riders night, a night-time freestyle motocross show scheduled in Riccione on Thursday 5 September in two rounds at 10.00 pm and 11.30 pm, the KTM parade at 8.00 pm on Friday 6 September at the Misano circuit and, finally, the Red Bull Train, the special train that will connect Milan with Rimini on Friday, stopping in Bologna: each carriage will feature Red Bull and MotoGP-themed experiences, while a dedicated stand will be set up at Bologna station.
