GENERAL CONDITIONS
1) Entry and stay at the racetrack
a) Entry and stay at the facility is subject to compliance with the laws in force on the date of the Event and the following General Conditions of Purchase. It is strongly recommended to periodically consult the website www.misanocircuit.com on the page dedicated to the event and the related web-app downloadable from the site itself, for all specific information on access to the Circuit.
b) control to access the racetrack will be carried out by means of barcode readers, and it is permitted to exit and re-enter the circuit up to a maximum of two times, beyond this limit the ticket will be invalidated. In order to re-enter the facility, it is essential to have the ticket enabled when exiting.
c) It is mandatory to keep the ticket for the entire duration of the event.
d) The ticket holder will be able to access only the areas open to the public. Entry is permitted starting from 07:30 of each day, exit from the racetrack must take place no later than the end of the program of each individual day.
e) Only pedestrian access is permitted inside the racetrack (without vehicles) and overnight stays are not permitted inside.
f) It is absolutely forbidden to fence and delimit. It is forbidden to gather in areas not specifically referable to the ticket itself.
g) It is not possible to set up tents, gazebos and structures of any kind and in any case to camp and it is absolutely forbidden to bring animals.
h) It is absolutely forbidden to bring glass containers (bottles, glasses, etc.) or material considered dangerous for the safety of people.
i) It is absolutely forbidden to bring any type of Drone and its relative use into the racetrack.
l) The event times will be available on the website www.misanocircuit.com on the dedicated page by downloading the “event program”.
2) Reduced WOMEN/U18/Disabled 34%/73% applied to the following types of public:
a) Women are entitled to reduced entry to all sectors.
b) Children born in the years 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 upon presentation of an identity document, which must also be shown upon entry to the circuit.
c) Holders of a disability between 34% and 73%, upon presentation of the official document certifying the disability both at the time of purchase and upon entry to the racetrack together with the identity document.
3) Reduced FMI Cardholders – U14 €1.00 per day, applied to the following types of public:
a) Members of the Italian Motorcycling Federation (FMI) and members of the Sammarinese Motorcycling Federation (FSM), upon presentation of a valid nominative card both at the time of purchase and upon entry to the racetrack.
b) Minors born after 1 January 2011, if accompanied by an adult ticket holder, may benefit from the reduced ticket. Upon entry to the racetrack, an identity document of the minor must be presented.
4) Evening Reduced: ticket valid for Saturday 26 July 2025 starting at 18:00.
5) Areas equipped for disabled people
Points equipped to accommodate disabled people will be set up, subject to availability. The person with a disability percentage of 74% or more will be able to access free of charge by presenting the official document certifying the disability together with the identity card, at the time of entry to the racetrack. Free access for the companion will be allowed only if the disability certificate provides for accompaniment.
6) Rimborso biglietti
I biglietti non saranno rimborsati in caso di annullamento della manifestazione per cause di forza maggiore o dopo l’inizio della manifestazione stessa. Per inizio della manifestazione si intende il primo ingresso in pista dei piloti previsto dal programma giornaliero, a prescindere dalla categoria. Se in ragione di disposti dell’autorità preposta all’ordine pubblico o alla vigilanza sanitaria la manifestazione venisse annullata, oppure svolta parzialmente o interamente senza la presenza di pubblico, il biglietto sarà rimborsato secondo la normativa vigente. Qualora la manifestazione venisse posticipata a nuova data, i biglietti già acquistati rimarranno validi oppure potrà essere richiesto relativo rimborso, sempre secondo la normativa vigente. L’eventuale rimborso sarà effettuato esclusivamente per l’importo del biglietto ad esclusione dei diritti di prevendita, commissioni, spese spedizione, IVA se dovuta all’erario, ecc.ecc. Inoltre Santa Monica S.p.A. non è responsabile per nessun’ altra pretesa, danno diretto ed indiretto e perdita sostenuta derivante dall’annullamento/spostamento della manifestazione. In caso di rimborso il cliente dovrà conservare il biglietto e seguire le indicazioni che verranno pubblicate sul sito www.misanocircuit.com e sul sito del circuito di biglietteria dove si è svolto l’acquisto ovvero, qualora possibile, comunicate direttamente al titolare del biglietto. In nessun caso il biglietto verrà rimborsato il giorno stesso della manifestazione c/o botteghini del circuito.
