These forms must be submitted by each member of the Staff.
The proper person in charge of the Team is the sole authorized to give the forms (hard copy) to the Accreditation Point. Don’t s send them via email.
Also the proper person in charge of the Team is the soole authorized to get the bracelets to access the circuit.
